Okay, I've created an eBook using Activ EBook. I've created the cover using Cover Factory. Now how do I put the two together to send to my webmaster to get it up on my site?

First, congrats on getting your ebook ready for the Internet.
You might want to contact your web master to see if he/she has any specific requirements. Typically they would be sent as attachments to an email.
