I want to build travel guides but I would like to know if its legal and ok to use company names. For example, if I want to recommend good restaurants in the area can I just put the restaurants names and pictures in the ebook, talking about it and indicating where its located without permission? After all, I am promoting their business.
Also, can I include screencaptures from Google Maps?

Hello, you can contact the owners of the restaurants and they might pay you to include their services on your guides. As for Google maps, just include your source.
