I have recently completed my first ebook and a free version, which is rebrandable with affiliate links to enable distributers to get 50% commissions for anyone buying the full product (or other products) via the free ebook.
My problem has been getting it distributed - there does not seem to be a coordinated system for distributing free ebooks online that is simple to find and use. I have tried ebooksubmit etc, but most of the links are paid or for fisctional works and not free ebooks.
Any ideas greatly appreciated

Your best best would be to find websites that are most closely related to your subject matter and send them personalized emails that ask for distribution of your product. In the past, I have responded favorably to such emails by 3rd parties if their product was of high quality and closly related to my websites topic.
