So many compilers? What about built in theft abilities?
»So many compilers?

Greetings, first I want to extend many thanks to the webmaster and posters of this great service.I`m a "new kid on the block" but anxious to learn and hopefully contribute someday soon.I have followed many links in the last 2 weeks about ebook creator programs and there are TONS of them.Is it possible that some creators can actually make ebook compiling programs they can later break into to steal the text from so called "protected work? This might be a stupid question as I`m not real "program savy"....but it has run through my mind.I guess best bet is to stay with a good compiler with a good name even if you have to pay.many thanks,Bill

EBookCompiler
I suppose it's conceivable depending on the compiler.
Speaking for our company, I can tell you we won't and aren't interested: Because our business is selling ebook authoring tools.
People send me their ebooks all the time, and I don't have time to read even a fraction of the ones that they sent me voluntarily.
