I need the ability for the book to automatically change from one page to the next in a preset amount of time. Is that possible?
The ebook compiler I was using was lost in a hard drive crash and I can't remember the name of the software and I'm looking for a replacement. (rarely used it)

This should be possible. Activ E-Book has it's own scripting language and can interface with JavaScript. It has commands for eBook navigation and it can script using time variables.
Probably, you'll also need to keep track of HTML page ID and timer values in an ini file...
However this would require a lot of study and custom code -- and should keep you busy for the summer :-)

I appreciate your reply. I lucked up and just happened across the name of the old software I had so I think I'm just going to rebuy it. It worked just fine for what I use it for.
