A user tries to enter a password for the ebook according to user number. It is entered and the system asks for another password with another user no. The system is set to 1000 passwords. What happens here. Is that related to the system? How can that be fixed?
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, Mike

It must be something related to the PC, but it's hard to even guess with out more information.
It may also be that there is some security software on the computer, that perhaps prevents the user id or password being saved.

Good day!
Maybe the you have an incorrect user no. that is why it keeps on asking for another user no. or the password is the one at fault. Try finding how the user got his account information. It may only be a typographical error.
