I'm looking for an eBook publishing system that can turn my website into an eBook. I'm wondering if Activ E-Book Compiler can handle my situtation. I have source files (HTML) is several directories. In addition, navigation is provided by a Joust outline (javascript) with several directories and subdirectories as well. Does the product require all source files to be in one directory?
