I have an e-book that has the usual HTML pages but I also need to include 8 folders (with images and HTML pages). Seems like the compiler only takes the HTML files and no folders.
These folders are part of the entire book.
Any help is appreciated.

Can you explain why you think you need to use folders in your eBook.
Any folders inside of an eBook would be invisible to your readers. They are only interested in your content not how you "package" it into the compiler.
