I've created an ebook with ebook compiler and now want to rebrand it.
I've printed off the help files and also the advice from this board, but I'm still mystified!
Can anyone answer these:
1 Am I right in thinking that the rebrander exe is a completely separate programme? i.e it is not just another version of the original ebook?
2 Do I have to do anything to the original ebook?
3 I've followed the instructions listed on the board as far as possible and get messages to say the rebrander was successful but when the form is filled in the original ebook is still the same.
I don't know very much about html as I use web authoring software, (NetObjectsFusion).
Thanks in anticipation.

EBookCompiler
The Rebrander is a separate EXE file program, built by the compiler at the same time as you build your ebook.
Each rebrander is specific to the particular ebook that it goes with
For example:
If you made an ebook called MYBOOK.EXE, and a rebrander called MYREBRAND.EXE together, they work together
I I make an ebook called SUNILBOOK.EXE, and a rebrander to go with it called SUNILBRAND.EXE
Then SUNILBRAND.EXE will only rebrand SUNILBOOK.EXE
If you just run the ebook you won't see the rebrander.
What you need to do is click Build on the Build menu, and NOT Run on the Build menu. After Build completes, you should get a dialog box saying both your e-book and rebrander were built, and giving you the chance to run either one.
Does this help?

Thanks Sunil for getting back so quickly!
The penny finally dropped late last night.
I realised that I had to put the code that you gave me into my actual ebook, stupid of me I know not to have realised this in the beginning, but after that it was all plain sailing.
