Dear all, what are the options when it comes to APS and eBooks generated with the AEC?
I've seen a site offering to include Clickbank, and Paypal solutions from within the eBook (using Activ Script).
Are there other similar in-book APS alternatives? 2CO? RegNow? ShareIT?
Also, what are the disadvantages of using a built-in solution? (For instance, say a customer wants a refund for some reason - is that a problem?!)
About affiliate sales:
One good thing about click-bank seems to be the huge affiliate sales potential they offer. But they only make payouts by Checks in USD - no good for me.
Is there a similar affiliate program thing available for Paypal or 2CO, or any other useful party?

Me again, I'd like to use a party that will cheaply wire my revenue into my account in EUR or SEK.
The cost for instant bank transfers using IBAN data etc is really very low and should be widely available from serious payment handlers.
Any thoughts on who does this well? And that might fit in with eBook sales and affiliate promotions á la Clickbank?
