I was paid for the registration of E-Book Compiler with Western Union two days ago and nobody was envoy me the registration number. I need it urgent please !!! One question: Is this a good customer service ?

Sorry you've been delayed, but apparently, Sunil is not well. We have not heard from him for months, and Activ is solely his. Yours is the first time I've heard of someone not getting their registration number, however.
I sent an email to a friend (Eva); perhaps she can help. I'm sure you'll receive your registration number soon.

Don't apologize. I remember being anxious to get started on my projects as well. I was also surprised at how 'not ready' I really was to build my first ebook, once I actually got the compiler.
So, are your pages in html files, and images polished, minimized, and in the same folder? Do you have a cover, a splash page, and a sales page? Lots of things to do before actually compiling the ebook, so it doesn't hurt to check.

The day you sent payment was too late to go to my local Western Union.
I went the next day, and their computer was not working.
I went the following day, and received your payment, and emailed you the key.
This was all 2-3 days ago now.
I trust you have received the keys, because you sent several emails while you were waiting, but I haven't received anything from you since then.
If you haven't received the keys, email me again.
