The below can be ignored. For some reason, I missed the graphical "Password" key on the confirm page that allows the user to enter the password once they have received it. I didn't see any reference to that menu selection in the documentation.

Hi.
I have set up my eBook with multiple password protection. However, I seem to be missing a key element. I can generate a message to send me an email requesting the password corresponding to the reference number supplied but ooops.... have no vehicle (password box) for the purchaser to enter the password once I send it to them. I been through all of the Help but must be missing something.
Can anyone help.
