I am assuming that MS Frontpage 2000/2002 is fine to use w/ this compiler (?). If that is the case, can I create all the files, images, links, etc. like I was creating a site and then transfer them all to the source folder to make the ebook? Thanks!

Yes, you can create all the files, images, links, etc. like you were creating a site and then transfer them all to the source folder to make the ebook, and that is the way to go. And I think that is what is nice about ebook compiler. That is the way I am doing and creating a CD.
Simply put or tranfer all your files into the SOURCE folder and then compile using ebookcompiler, then distripute the OUTPUT file only (.exe).
