Last week I had to reinstall all may softwate due to a virus attack. I could recover my outlook files, so fortunately I have the receipts sent from ClickBank when I ordered Activ ebook and the multimedia add-in. I have sent three messages to webmaster@ebookcompiler.com trying to obtain a registration key for my new installation but have received no answer. When I try to use the Active Key Recovery application it asks for the Registration Key!!! which is the precise info I lack!! Can you establish a more expedite (automated?) way of recovering a registration key? The 90 days you offer on your License Agreement is totally unrealistic since nobody can know if the next disk crash will occur during that period. The bottom line is: I need to use the program urgently, because the virus attacked while I was in the middle of a project, so I need that registration Key ASAP. Can you do something to help me?
Thanks,
VQ

Vladqui,
You situation is exactly what I had in mind when posting the thread "Number of Active E-Book Installs," which you will find a few posting down on the forum page.
From the response given I don't think you have to worry about getting a replacement key. Your point about having the process being automated is a good one, but not one that appears (from everything that I've read) to something that will happen.
My experience suggest that the developer checks the email/forum at the beginning of each week. In the meantime you might want to read the earlier thread mentioned to see if there are any suggestions given that might be helpful.

I'm pretty sure that I did respond to you some time ago.
More recently I've had some PC problems, so there is a more recent backlog which I am catching up on.
If you haven't received my response, please re-email me, and I'll know that you are who I think you are, and I'll resend my answer.
