While we were never infected, lots of people were infected by the Mydoom virus.
These people who were infected by Mydoom had a program on their computer which sent out masses of emails...
Our email boxes were repeatedly flooded in late January, as a result, meaning that during certain periods we couldn't receive legitimate email (they probably would have bounced back).
We did manage to locate another copy of some of our email on the web server, so we didn't lose all email during the affected periods. However we did lose some.
In short, if you sent us a support email prior to Feb 14th 2004, and have not already received a reply, please send again. This especially applies to the period from appox Jan18 to Jan28 inclusive.
