Iproduced pages in Word 2002, then format background , insert picture, and when I compile the book there is no background image? What am I doing wrong?

I have encountered this problem a few times, and narrowed it down to 1 of 2 things (or a both, usually) 1. The background image is not in the same location as the files 2. The path to the background image in the html points to the wrong place
Check these and you'll probably find the problem. If not, post here again and we'll get a little deeper into it.
