Hello Sunil. Your products are great. I plan to pick up the 1000 Password Download Protector soon. Can you help me with the Multimedia Extension 5.0? I don't recall getting a password when I first purchased the Activ Ebook and Multimedia extension. I'd like to get 5.0, but cannot get hold of anyone at the contact email addresses you've listed.
