Hi, which directories must have rights, to activate the password? My partner wants to run my password-protected ebook on a network, but the password (its the right one) will not be accepted. The administrator of the network can start the ebook und save the password. Only the "Clients" doesn't accept the password. How does the ebook checks, if the password is already activated or not?
Sorry for my english - I hope you understand my probs... )

EBookCompiler
It depends on your network's Windows settings
ANS2000.INI file which should be in the user's personal Windows directory (something like under the user's profiles sub-directory)
If your ebook is compiled with a 4.01 or earlier, it may resolve the problem if you recompile the ebook with 4.22 as in 4.22 the user info works somewhat differently, hopefully better
