Is there any way that my readers can print the entire ebook at one time? I want to use an ebook to replace existing PDF files and the readers must be able to print the entire book if they so choose. Printing page by page is not acceptable.

We don't have a feature for that at present
If your ebook is not too long, what you could do is include 2 copies of your stuff in the same ebook
1. a copy which is broken up into short pages with hyperlinks etc
2. a copy which all the text is one long page, an easy-to-print page.
Some web sites use the same idea, so hopefully you know what I mean
