A few of my ebook-pages don't show the next/previous symbols (they are not lit). They work fine on most of the other pages. These few pages don't seem to be different from all the others (but I suppose they are in some way I haven't recognized yet??).
Make sure all letters in the file name of the page are all lower case. I think there may be a problem around this.

Yes, this gave me an idea of what was wrong: It was about the filenames indeed. I used some special (Danish) characters there. As soon as I have corrected that, the problem was solved.
