New options for Activ E-Book Compiler affiliates

We have added a number of new linking options for Activ E-Book Compiler
affiliates.

Anyway the change is that there are now a number of additional ways
to link.  If the customer clicks on any of these links from your site,
any time in the 90 days prior to buying the compiler, you earn
the commission.
