We have about 300+ html pages. The Table of Contents seems fine, but we would like a way for the reader to simply click to go to the next page. What is the best way to approach this?

If you look in Getting Started in the Help there are examples of how to do this for Word and HTML
In the new 4.2 version which we are beta testing at the moment, you also have the option of enabling Next/Previous buttons on the toolbar (from Edit user Interface). These will follow the same sequence as the Table Of Contents.
