I'm new here so not sure if these things can be done or if they are a Wish List item.
Can an entire book be printed? It seems that only a page at a time can be done.
It would be nice also if individual pages could be set to be printable (& perhaps editable) but not others.

Unfortunately on the printing we are not 100% in control, as Microsoft have very limited APIs for this in Internet Explorer's engine.
IE is basically designed around print a page at a time, which is why our software is. I am not sure if there is a work round for to print everything, but I've added it to a list of things for us to look at in future. My gut feeling, is this is going to be difficult, and maybe even impossible.
Regarding permission to print individual pages, we don't have that now, but I think our odds of being able to add that in future are better. It's also on this list.
