 »Code Tutorial Targeting Web Writers & Publishers

HomeOffice I'm always puzzled as to the lack of attempt by most writers and publishers online currently to grasp the simple elegance of the element of PRESENTATION. In fact, no matter where I manage to have a self-publishing post (blog, forum, etc.), no one seems to want to take advantage of whatever presentational scenario they're posting in to differentiate themselves from their competition.

NO...don't happen to use native post formatting (BBCode, HTML, etc.) if you have the chance to make yourself look good. Like the competent professional that people should be buying from and not the competition :sarcasm: And this is all day long I gotta run rings of flame around people thinking they can compete with me (lol!).

For example, the following code (substituting # for left-angle & * for right-angle brackets to conform to the Ikonboard post semantics here) is a simple way to make any post pop;

# div valign="top" id="wrapper" style="background:#ffffcc;margin:0px auto;border:6px solid #cd0000;border-image:none;width:99%;text-align:center;clear:both;" *

# div style="margin: 0px auto; text-align: center; color: #0000ee; font-size: 100%;" *

# /div *

# /div *

This is the quickest way to get an edge on the competition who're just worried about the bottom line. People can always smell quality, so this info will go a long way to you getting an edge on your market and marketplace.
